Whoever owns this place switched management companies...AGAIN. Which tells me that they have the common sense of a two year old. Nice job moron, the NEW COMPANY is absolutely ridiculous. The manager is rude and appears to be on a power trip. She seems to be annoyed when you attempt to talk to her and never learned it's not nice to interrupt someone when they are talking. The other "agents" are not much better. They wear these forced smiles and try to act polite but come across as snobby. Plus, when you walk into the office, you can usually find the lot of them in the back gossipping and screwing around. Don't look for them to come see if you need anything; it won't happen. Renewing your lease' Yeah right, get ready for a heart attack. They are upping peoples rent to what they call "fair market value". I call it bullcrap. I have lived here for three years, and they wanted to jack my rent by over 90.00 a month due to "fair market value". So I did some research on other properties with the same or better amenities and guess what...NONE of them were asking what these NEW PEOPLE want. It's about that almighty dollar, screw resident retention. Plus we are still waiting on their new "policies" to be published. As far as we can tell, the only thing they have changed is their work hours. Must be nice to be able to stick it to people by jacking up the rent and then cut your own work hours so you don't have to be at work until 10AM. But on they did put some fancy new signs up, what a great use of funds. All in all so far this company and management team suck. I won't be renewing my lease and I know three of my neighbors won't be either. The complex is nice, but the management team is going to ruin it...heck, they already have.
