We moved in and signed a 6 month lease as we were waiting to have a home built...it has been the longest 4 months of my life, only 2 more to go! We can definitely hear the neighbors above walking around and know that they wake up at 5 am because it wakes us up every morning. Parking was was good when we first moved in, but many others must have moved in because I'm lucky if there is a spot or 2 open come 6:30 pm. Also, the gates NEVER work. There is always something wrong with one of the gates, currently the back gate only opens half way and has been that way for several weeks with bricks propped under it. I believe there is only 1 trash bin for the entire complex and sometimes it gets so full that trash starts piling up outside of it, which is just a lovely sight.

Yeah, I feel your pain. Our neighbors below us slam their door all the time which is beyond aggarvating. 10:30 at night and still slamming the front door. Not hard to tell when they are home or not. Plus the dog is allowed to urinate RIGHT in front of the building by the sidewalk so the grass smells like urine and is dying. Too hard to actually cross the street to let the dog go to the bathroom. Some people have absolutely no respect for others.
