This is probably no differant from the money making scams. They want you to move out so they can get more money, they rent your apartment, get your penalty month, and change the new tennent rent. Who else can get three times rent for one apartment. Their ideal situation maximum occupany and maximum turnover. Keep them coming. I used to live there and understood now what others were saying. Their market is people builing houses with no other options. One lesson well learned.

Safety is the big issue. On 11/19 a memo was sent out from apt management to walk in pairs at night and be careful due to recent break ins. Be wary of this place as it is heading downhill fast!
