Garbage dump. It claims Luxury. It appears that all the craftsmanship is done with a grade far below what the average person would consited Luxury. Carpet-crap, Bathroom fixtures- plastice, countertop-puke lamanant that has a 1 inch calk line that covers probably mold and other imperfections, refrigerator- they don't even carry a model this low at your local appliance store, if they did it would be probably a hundred bucks. The microwave they gave me we thought we saw it on sale at target for $30.00. Ask them to define Luxury for you and use these examples when you call. Parking is adequate becuase everyone is moving out.
