Villas at Marlin Bay

 
I lived in the Villas for one year. It was a horrible experience! You can hear every noise from your neighbors apartments. No smoking inside the apartments means that a large group will gather in the breezeway or common areas and smoke. This leaves cigarette butts everywhere and clouds of smoke rolling into your apartment whenever you exit or enter the door. York County Sherrifs are there often for crime on the property, drug dealers, noise, domestic problems, etc... The residents do not pick up after their pets, so there is a large amount of poop in the common area. The brochure lied about the apartments having a garbage disposal in the kitchens. They do not. I could go on and continue to list the issues with this apartment complex. The one positive aspect is that the maintenance staff is very timely in responding to issues.I would never recommend this apartment complex.
