love my apt! I just recently moved to the Village of Lake Wylie and absolutely love it! The staff has been super nice and if I need anything from maintenance, they show up in just a matter of hours!! It is a great location and recommend these apts. to anyone!

Never again READ READ READ READ the replies This is probably no differant from the money making scams. They want you to move out so they can get more money, they rent your apartment, get your penalty month, and change the new tennent rent. Who else can get three times rent for one

Management is HORRIBLE!!!! I lived at The Village of Lake Wylie for almost a year in 2003. Everything was find until I had to deal with management. Their management staff at the time was horrible especially the Manager. I would not recommend these apartments at all!!!!

go to Hamilton's Bay next door Well I will not be management bashing or cost complaining here. Just proving to you by my actions that I am fed up with The Village. Moving next door to Hamilton's Bay as soon as my lease is up in 2 months. Cheaper rent and better conditions all the way

A beautiful place to live My job transferred me to the area and I decided to make The Village At Lake Wylie my new home. I am so glad that I did. The community is so beautiful and serene. My neighbors are so nice and friendly. The office staff have been so helpful and made my move here a smooth

Gates dont work & Management does not care The gates have never worked properly at this complex. They should be removed and a security camera installed at each entrance. If the cameras dont work they still serve as a determent whereas an open gate is an invitation.

Management sucks! I have had it with the turnover in the office and the maintenance staff. If you have a problem. No one cares, and I mean NO ONE! They don't seem to keep anyone in that office for more than a month and all the maintenance staff quit! BE AWARE!

gr8 place to live close to the water. People in the area are very nice and have meet some gr8 people there. The staff is nice and generous towards me and the few friends I have in the community. Alot of pet areas which is nice so we can keep the shoes clean and smell free.(jk) Yes I would tell
