Horrible Living Conditions

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I lived here for 2 years, the carpet was horrible to clean, You could smell smoke from the floor from underneath you. I would wake up dureing the holidays to music from across the hall and underneath me. The staffing was horrible and they lost my written thirty day notice. I should have moved out sooner and now I am paying for it.
