You love to overpay for horrible quality. This apartment is advertised as a luxury living... You can't touch the walls without messing them up. The paint job is shotty. The carpent sheds... something I have never seen before. The apartment is so unlevel that if you have a frontloading washer it will take days to get it level. Cakes and such turn out uneven. While there is plenty of parking, it is an extra hundred and some odd dollars for garages, there is no storage provided at all and currently there aren't even any garages available. However I do know that apartment complexes down the road that are almost identical are over $100 cheaper a month.

If you like to overpay for poor quality, snobby managers who are constantly in your business, and stinky garbage areas, this is the place for you!!!
