I lived at Lullwater for over a year. The apartment has poor construction. You could see daylight around the door. The walls have no insulation. I felt like I lived underneath people who weighed 500 pounds each. When they walked across their floor my ceiling would shake. They often washed clothes late at night and it sounded as if they were in my apartment doing their laundry. The patios of the apartments are filled with boxes and junk and nothing is done about it. There is dog poop everywhere. Everytime you vacuum the carpet you get a bag full of carpet remnants. The walls mark up if you touch them. Complaints are answered with a promise to do something, but nothing ever is taken care of. I have lived in a number of apartment complexes and this one had the poorest management I had ever experienced.
