I have lived here for 1 year, and I am about to move out. It is very noisey, the mangement is rude, and will try to get every penny out of you. It is to expensive for what it is. The construction is horrible, and I feel like they are going to try and charge me for what they did before I moved in! I wouldnt live here.

"Get every penny out of you" What are you 12? The monthly rental rate for your apartment is listed in your LEASE. do you know what a lease is? It's a written obligation to follow the listed community guidelines and to (get this, it will blow your mind) make payments as promised! Your monthly rate is not a surprise unless you are a chronic late-pay which does incur additional fees. Please grow up. You knew what the monthly rate was the moment you signed the lease. Lastly, Management would never charge you for any problems with your apartment prior to your move in if you actually took the time to do a walk through and notate problems that were there before you put one stick of furniture in the apartment. This is either your first time as a renter or you are a complete moron.
