First off these are nice apartments. You can hear people above you and next to you, but hey, its apartment living. High ceilings, nice crown molding, and a real spacious layout. The buildings are nice and they will show them to you.

However, where the apt complex loses its charm is when it comes to the neighborhood and staff. They have leased a large amount of apts to a local college that act like dorms. So if you dont mind huge packs of college kids roaming around at 2am skateboarding and singing in the halls, you would enjoy this perk. They do go home around the holidays but usually leave the alarm clocks set, which is a gem for 3 weeks straight of alarm ringing from the apt above you at 7am. For $900 a month, I dont want to live in a college dorm!

The parking is HORRIBLE!! I dont know if they didnt count out the amount of apartments per parking space or what. If you get home around peak times you will usually have to park 2 buildings over and walk home. And there is no shuttle coming to get you (which they need). If you go for a lovely evening on the town and get home around 11p.m. , Just plan on parking at chilis or Moore, because you will get nowhere close to your home! Boats and campers will occupy parking spots, and even 2 parking spots for months on end. There was a boat parked in 2 spots for the duration of my year lease. They did put a "move this or we will tow you" sign on the boat, which sat there for at least 5 months.

The staff is HORREEENNNDDDOUUSSS!!! all the reviews you read that they do not relay messages to maintenance is very true. The maintenance guys are very nice so dont blame them, they just have no idea your apartment is 90 degrees. The staff is rude on the phone and states they will relay the message. Be prepared to call a few times to make this happen.

So my review is basically this; they are nice apartments in a convienant location. But if you can find the one apt unit that does not have any issues, you are golden. This place really loses its marks when it comes to its staff and neighborhood. So if that means something to you, and $950 a month for a 2bdr seems steep............keep looking!
