First off these are ok apartments. You can hear people above you and next to you, but, its apartment living. High ceilings, painted fake crown molding, and a spacious layout. The buildings are nice and they will show them to you. What they dont show you is that the walls will crumb it you touch them the dry wall and paint is very thin

Where the apt complex loses its charm is when it comes to the neighborhood and staff. They have leased a large amount of apts to a local college that act like dorms. So if you dont mind huge packs of college kids roaming around at 2am skateboarding and singing in the halls, you would enjoy this perk. For $775 a month, I dont want to live in a college dorm!

The parking is a joke!! I know they didnt count out the amount of apartments per parking space. If you get home around peak times you will usually have to park 2 buildings over and walk home. And there is no shuttle coming to get you (which they need). If you go for a lovely evening on the town and get home around 11p.m. , Just plan on parking at chilis or Moore, because you will get nowhere close to your home! Boats and campers will occupy parking spots, and even 2 parking spots for months on end. There was a boat parked in 2 spots for the duration of my year lease. They did put a "move this or we will tow you" sign on the boat, which sat there for at least 5 months.

The staff is LAZY!!! all the reviews you read that they do not relay messages to maintenance is very true. The maintenance guys are very nice so dont blame them, they just have no idea your apartment is 90 degrees. The staff is rude on the phone and states they will relay the message. Be prepared to call a few times to make this happen. Also make sure you put the rent payment in someones hand if you but it in the box every if its ontime or early they will try and charge you a $75.00 late fee, you can use a check but i suggest a money order as it takes from 3 days to 30 days whic is very annoying to be paying a new month and still have the last months paymnet sitting in there because they forgot to process it..

They are ok apartments in a convienant location. But if you can find the one apt unit that does not have any issues, you are golden. This place really loses its marks when it comes to its staff and construction. So if you dont mind go for it, and $775 a month for a 1bdr seems great go for it............but if any of the other 8 apartments that are around here seam better....... keep looking!

So true!!! Parking is a pain!!! They need to have guest parking spots away from the buildings! And the staff is very rude!!! They do not care! They'll be fake to your face but do nothing with what you ask of them!!! That is why I am not living here 1 more year!! I cannot wait till my lease is up! The only good thing about living in this apartment complex is that it will help you realize how bad apartment living is and to make your money useful and buy a house!!
