I've lived at Lullwater for almost a year and the first part was pretty good. You could hear your neighbors pretty well though! The walls are thin! And the worst part is they do not have a weight restriction on pets so big dogs live here!! And the staff doesn't even limit them to the ground level! My neighbor upstairs has a huge dog that likes to run around and bark. The lease states that dogs cannot run around the apartment. However, after making a couple complaints the office did nothing! They rarely answer their phone so they are never able to come hear what we go through on a daily basis. Esp. since the noises we hear are usually early morning or late night. They staff is uncaring! They may seem like they care when you come visit but that's just a facade! Don't fall into their trap. If you ever need to contact them you have to go to the office because they will NEVER answer the office phone! Apartments are nice looking, but not worth living in when they are over priced and the staff is not courteous of their tenants feelings and complaints. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here!
