Starting my 4th year and it has been great.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
While this will be my last year because we will be moving and building a house next year, this has been a very good experience.
The staff has gone well beyond what is expected. The layout of the apartment was better than any other I considered.
I did experience inconsiderate neighbors and the matter was addressed immediately.
