This was the biggest mistake of my life. Rent is through the roof and was raised every 6 months. The new management is horrible, the have ignored my maintenance requests. The one time I did get help I needed my only toilet fixed and was handed a bag of part by a maint. man headed home. I guess you don't need a toilet after 5pm'!'!'!

The pipes broke once in the apt above me and I had water running down my walls which were never repainted, repaired, or even cleaned.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it looks nice on the surface but once they have you trapped here you ll realize you should have never moved in.

My place is crawling with spider and roaches (affectionately called palmetto bug by the staff that assured me it was completely normal).


I would seriously recommend living else where in Lexington... Not worth the outrageous rent check every month.
