The staff is friendly AND fake. They say they will take care of something and then they don't. They only care when you first apply and then a couple of months go by and you aren't important anymore. They complain of pet waste, but they do not empty the trash pins and/or have the waste bags available. In addition, they decided to get rid of Time Warner and make everyone get Windstream. Even though cable is included in the rent, we have no choice but to switch phone and internet providers. There is also an issue with parking. There are a tone of parking spots available, but some residents think it is okay to park across from their building or a couple of buildings down from where they actually live. Also, some people decide to leave their broken down cars near the front of some entrances, which make it harder for people who are unloading groceries, etc. and have to park farther down. I have brought this to the staff's attention and they said it would be in the next month's newsletter, but it wasn't. They only care about issues they want to care about. Make sure you look at your apartment before you sign the lease. They will try to get more money out of you.
