I was so excited to move here because they made it sound so wonderful whenever they showed us around with all of the promotion deals. Throughout the moving in process the staff was very helpful, but as soon as we gave them confirmation that we have moved in, that's when I knew I made the worst choice of my life. Ohhh, the lovely staff I was talking about... unprofessional, confusing, fake, unhelpful, and liars. Apparently, the staff members decided to put on a front to make us feel comfortable and then do a complete switch to the worst staff members I have ever had to deal with. Not only do you have to ask for things multiple times, you also have to get everything in writing concerning any agreements other than your lease terms. Not to mention we had to get our lease re-done several times, because they kept writing the wrong dates and prices. Do not sign anything without reading the entire document! And lord forbid your car alarm go off in the middle of the night because your neighbors and your ON SITE property manager will not help you, therefore your car will be towed, while you are sleeping upstairs in your apartment. Also, any complaints about dog waste or spiders within the stairway, you can forget it. They include the friendly reminders in each month's newsletter to pick up after your pet, however YOU have to remind THEM to empty the pet waste bins AND to refill the pet waste bags. Now, getting back to the spiders.... Any type of bugs that are all over your stairway are not included in your rent. Only bugs inside your apartment are included. Therefore, if you want to get rid of the bugs in your stairway, please open your door and let them in so that they can be properly killed. Imagine coming home after a long day and you already have to walk across the parking lot because your neighbor's friends decide to park in front of your building again, you then have to go up flights of stairs where you have to duck and dive to miss spiders so that they are not included in your groceries. Also, beware that the pet deposit is non-refundable and does not go toward any damages in your apartment. In addition, to the pet deposit, you will also have to pay a monthly pet rent. This pet rent does not include pet damages, but instead includes the luxury of maintenance around the complex for your pets. Please see the above comments on how great they maintain the pet waste areas, but also know that they do not fix broken gates at the doggie park. If you are currently a resident and deciding on re-newing your lease. DO NOT! They will send you papers of what great deals they have to get you to stay, however read the fine print. It will state that water or cable or some other type of utility that is currently included, will not be included once you renew. Therefore, it is not a great deal. If for any reason you need to call maintenance after office hours, you are pretty much S-O-L. They have a 1-800 number where they ask you questions and then they determine if it is an emergency and then at that point they will call you back and cannot promise how long it will be. WHAT GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF! WHY WAIT'!'

I believe every single word! We have wasted years at this place. I can not wait to move out! THE WORST PLACE IN LEXINGTON! Is anyone happy here???
