I'm surprised to hear the complaints in that other post and I'll give you all the negatives I've come across to be fair, but I happen to like it here very much. While I do agree with the fact that they don't have everything completed here yet, like the gate not being built yet and the pool didn't open until late July, I was told from the start this was a brand new community and that it is still under construction, so obviously not everything would be complete. The floors are not real hardwood, but a vinyl of some sort, so that is definitely misleading. I was also surprised that I had to go out and buy a microwave. I've never had an apartment that didn't have one already. The biggest fault with this place is that they only have one maintenance guy on staff and that is a huge accident waiting to happen. Other than that, I love this place. The balconies are only open on one side so they give a sense of privacy and they have a full size storage unit on them. I have the most spectacular vaulted ceiling in the livingroom/dining/kitchen area, the kitchen cabinets are beautiful and there are plenty of them. I have a two bedroom, two full bath unit which have garden tubs and great lighting. Each bedroom has walk in closets that hold so much I don't have anything in my dresser drawers except socks and underwear. The front hall closet is almost as huge and stores a ton of boxes for me and still has room for an ironing board, iron, and all my coats. The water heater is bigger than any I have ever had and I've lived in quite a few apartments over the years. This is the first place I've ever been in that I don't ever run out of hot water. I can't tell you about the heating yet but the central air is great. The refrigerator is great as well as the dishwasher and range all three are black, look good, and I don't have any trouble with opening and closing the doors. A full size washer and dryer came with the unit, included in the rent. That's definitely a first! And it seems silly to mention but I have to tell you after having the tiniest of mailboxes over the years, it's nice to have a good sized one for once. I don't know the exact measurements but it'll fit a 10x13 envelope just fine. Also, basic cable and water is included in the rent.

$300?? That's insane! These are my bill amounts for the last 3 months: JUN $69.99 JUL $80.82 AUG $66.37
-Keep in mind that while I do have the air on every day, I don't keep it like a freezer in my apartment the way some people do. I just like it cool enough to be comfortable.
