I have read the prior reviews and disagree with some of them. I have been living in this apartment community for six months and have enjoyed living here. I was told that they were going to add pet stations because that was becoming a big problem with pet waste and they have added 3 or 4 of them on the community in the past month. In the prior review it appears that whoever wrote the last review hasn't been paying any attention to the pet stations that were added on the community. I also recieved the same letter about the car break-ins that the prior review stated but in the letter it stated that the lexington police department is notifing all apartment communities in the area of car break-ins happening because of personal items being left in vehicles. It also stated that none was reported here at this community so again the previous review really didn't read the note they send to everyone's door correctly. I agree with the maintenance how that was a big problem in the past but it was because they had one guy doing it all. They now have two maintenance guys and that is really been great they have responded to any issues that I have had in a timely manner. The office staff is very friendly in answering any questions that I may have and they also stated that the community were adding a lot of things this month like another elliptical machine in the fitness room and some speed bumps. I'm glad for another elliptical machine being added because I have to wait sometimes for an hour for someone to get off so I'm glad they are getting another one. Overall I really like it here and would recommend this place to anyone.
