I became a resident here shortly after the complex was established so I've seen the progression over the last year or so-pool finally being installed, speed bumps, and other things that the earlier reviews stated the complex didn't initially have. I was never aware that management said we were going to get gates, but I wouldn't really see a huge need for it since most people don't even know the complex is even back here. Also, its very well lit, and in my experience has been a safe neighborhood. I love the convenience of having a washer & dryer in the unit, and the fact that water and cable are included are huge benefits! Plus, when renewing my lease I noticed that rent did not increase, which is something to pay attention to. Maintenance has responded quickly to my requests, though I must admit, on one or two occasions the head leasing office manager, had a bit of a 'tude and was a bit smug, but hey, we re all entitled to our bad days, and that was only on a few occasions. Overall, it s a great community, close to grocery stores, etc, and fortunately I've had better neighbors than some of the other reviewers. Yes, some people have been a bit nasty-even with dog stations they still allow their dogs to poop in other places. But to me, that's more of a reflection of people with little home training rather than the management-especially since they ve addressed this issue.
