The Waterway is in an excellent location in Lexington, SC. The neighbors are friendly and the apartments are spacious and affordable. The staff is extremely courteous and always smiling. Maintenance is fast and consistant. I have lived in several apartments and this is the first time I get service of this quality. I would definately recommend the Waterway.
