Would Never live here again

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Overall, constant changes in staff, do not maintain grounds and building cleanliness. Neighbors do not stay I had 3 neighbors across from me in only one year.

I was excited when my lease ran out.

2002-2003

Poor marketing and poor resident retention.
