I would consider this simply a place to live while trying to find something better.

While the apts themselves are fairly nice, the management plays by their own rules. I have had several people tell me of problems getting deposits back or having their deposits used to fix something for which they were not responsible. I have seen them walk their dogs on other people's properties while the rest of us take them to designated areas, and overall they have an arrogance about them (along with a high turnover rate).
