I can't find anything negative to say.
Any time I have had a maintenance issue it was taken care of the very same day by one of the two maintenance men. In one instance maintenance was walking out of my apartment (there was someone home to let him in)having fixed my garbage disposal as I was coming back in from reporting the issue to the office. Every morning that I take my children to school, I see the maintenance men out keeping the grounds clean and picking up after rude residents who refuse to pick up after their pets. They even do annual maintenance checks of the water heater, plumbing and HVAC system.
Whenever my children and I enter the office, the staff is always very pleasant, greet us right away, even talk with my children and never act as though I am a bother or an interruption.
We've had a very pleasant experience here.
