I'm a school teacher and I had the choice of moving to a brand new place closer to where I teach or staying here. I really considered it - the new place was brand new after all - but I'm going to stay. The new manager seems nice and I haven't had any problems. There was some kinf of inspection a couple of weeks ago but that went fine too. It's a nice place and they are VERY good to teachers. Free parties and supplies for the classroom. :)
