I have been there for 1 year and have had numerous problems with my apartment which including both cooling & heating problems and the hot water heater busting. I know these things are not uncommon in apartments but trying to get the complex to fix the problems was terrible. I had to call no less than 5 times to have my A/C fixed during the summer and when my hot water heater busted it took them 2 days to get someone in there to get the water up. I would not recommend living there with the current manager, Kelly, as the manager.
