My family and I moved here a few months ago and at first it was nice but then they changed management and it just became a horrible experience. None of our workorders get done, management does not seem to know whats going on, they never try to relate to the residents. There is a major bug and mold problem. I would not recommend living here for anything. While I was looking for places to live I looked at Old Mill and The Waterway. If I could do it all over again I would have chosen one of those places. In all honesty I would have chosen the Waterway before Old Mill. Live and Learn---I guess.
