Happy Resident I have been living at Waterway almost a year now. It is one of the nicest apartment communities I have lived in. They are quiet. I feel safe coming and going anytime of the day or night. The office staff and maintenance crew are great. Very few things in my apartment have needed

Happy Renter We have lived here about 7 months and have nothing but praise for the staff and apartments. We lived in NY and NC prior to living here and feel like we have found home here in SC.We have always had a quick and professional response from the Waterway staff for any requests. Great place

Watch out for the Sixty Months Carpet Replacements Lauren Ridge is now trying to stick tenants who move out with carpet replacement. They have some inhouse policy that the lifespan of carpet is 60 months; if they deem your carpet is close to its lifecycle...Guess what buddy you will be charged to

Poor Customer Service It has taken the staff here over 2 months to fix our hallway lights and they still are not fixed to this day. They relate that they are doing everything possible but did not even install extra lights (2 work lights connected by drop cords) to remedy the problem until 4 days
