not to bad its an o.k. place to live. However, The pet fee is ridiculous...and you don´t get it back. A very quiet complex even though its located on a busy street with children running on the road. Never called maintenance...never had to. You have to pay for utilities, water, cable...can

In the hood I hope you like living in the hood. The neighbors are terrible, not to mention I had my motorcycle stolen from this wonderful place. Put me in a cardboard box for a few cents and I´d be happier.

FALSE ADVERTISING I have been a resident at Summer Case apartments for well over a year.The reason I rented here was the amenties, to include controled entry gate. For the past year the gate has been inoperable, and constanley under maintance, with the exit arm up most of the time
