This place is not recommended for children. The staff constantly harasses the children playing on the grounds. The staff is negative, not friendly, condescending. READ THE LEASE MOVE OUT PROCEDURES BEFORE YOU SIGN THE LEASE. BIG BLACK WATER BUGS WHEN IT RAINS A LOT. MOISTURE PROBLEMS. The gates were broken once for six months. Whats the purpose of having a gated community' Leaseing Manager has a nasty disposition. Laquonda. It is certainly not a warm, welcoming or friendly environment. Don't be fooled by looks. And the parking lots are very dark. Not a safe area. Worst place to live.
