If you don't renew your lease for at least 10 months you will pay anywhere from $25 to $100 extra per month. The office staff is not very nice. I have lived for two separate times for about 2 years each. I am currently looking for something else. When you call in a complaint it is not taken care of. I have a pit bull living downstairs from my apartment that the owners let out not on a leash and he poops all over the place. When I called because we had poop all over our sidewalk and on the staircase no one ever responded. People have parties and no one does anything about it. It seems that the people that try to live right are the ones that do not get treated right. Joy in the office is the only person that will treat you with kindness and respect. It is sad because the apartments are pretty nice. Palmetto bugs but I guess they are everywhere.

I have found that I have been treated by all staff with courtesy, consideration, & kindness even due to circumstances beyond their control. I think it is all in the equation 70% non-verbal & 30% verbal. I think the statement speaks for itself. If you already have a preference, you won't allow others to truly shine.

I do agree totally to the first comment. The service is bad, people are no longer nice once you had a complaint and the bug situation is just terrible. It seems like this whole place it contaminated with roaches and other bugs.
