We have only been here less than a year. Tenants with dogs are allowed to let their dogs defecate outside other tenants doors. The only response from office staff is that they can't do anything unless their caught. And then you have to wait on Maintenance to pick the feces up, which has been up to 10 hours. The Gates are always broken. I can't say that there has been a whole week gone by where one gate wasn't broken. The office staff is very rude and disconcerning. The Laundry facilities are a nightmare not an ammenity. You spend most of your time getting them to work, and when they do, your clothing gets ripped to shreds. Another work order or improvement they are " working on". The apartment walls are very thin, be prepared to here your neighbors vacuum, their children playing, and hope you like their style of music. No, I absolutely would not recommend Arbors to anyone.
