Moved from NJ, a 10 compared to there. Rent is reasonable, electric bill is phenominal...our home was very neat and clean when we moved in with little problems. Those problems that we did have were repaired. A lot of great people in the community which makes it a fun place to live. Also a good amount of stay at home moms. Convenient to EVERYTHING...you don't really even need to have a car, because everything is in walking distance. The only thing is the pool was not kept as clean as it should have been, but overall we have had a very enjoyable living experience here.
