We have only lived here a few months and while we really like it, we have a problem with the noise level. The townhouses are huge, Emilie and Jennifer(the property managers) are absolutely wonderful, the maintanence staff is great, and the people are friendly. But, we either must be living in a townhouse that is right in the middle of heavy traffic or just have really noisy neighbors.
We constantly are woken up at night by cars driving by with a booming bass- it literally shakes our house, our neighbors have a teenage son(or college age') who has friends that come and go at all hours. One friend has no muffler on his car and was coming and going every hour until 1:30 in the morning, which kept us awake. People stand outside at night and talk on their cell phones,or play their car stereos. It is the only thing we can find wrong with this place, it is pretty noisy. If we didn't have small children, this perhaps wouldn't be such an issue.

We are not here permanently as we are buying a house, but overall we have really liked living here.
