WAS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE UNTIL new management took over!!! I lived here about 4 months when new management took over. Since then the following has happened: I do not received 24 hours notice before my apartment is entered; I had to pile my porch furniture in my dining room for ONE month while waiting for a power-washing project to take place, then when they did power-wash they STOLE (meaning without permission) my water to do several units around mine. I asked for reimbursement for the water usage as well as the square footage lost not being able to use my dining room and porches for ONE month and receive no response from office staff. My renwal rent rate then went up MORE THAN 10%. Maintenance STANDS ON MY FURNITURE to change out light fixtures (their choice to change/not mine) and schedules painting on my front door 3 different times stating I would need to leave the door open until the paint drys on a Saturday between 10am and 4pm and doesn't show any of the 3 scheduled times. My renewal is coming up again and my rate is STILL GOING UP while other renters are coming in at lower rates for the same size unit. I am quiet, pay my rent on time and take care of my apartment, there is no reason for this kind of discrimination!
