Update since I wrote this yesterday...I recieved an email from the Regional Office Coordinator in GA. I forward the same email I attached below. Her response in it's entirety was, "Have you given them a chance to fix it'" My faith in management dropped by about 80%. My response to her was basically that I've been giving them a chance since 2005. Why wasn't that clear in the initial email'''

I've been here 2 summers going on third. It's 80 degrees in my office while I write this and I have called the office every 2 to 3 weeks during the summer months when I come home from a long day at work and air conditioned car just to walk into a sauna.

Here's an email I sent last summer. The manager, who has unfortunately since left was receptive, but the issue still remains.

This email should never have been necessary, and the issue is still not resolved...

We have been dealing with
A/C going out on average every 2-3 weeks since we've been using it.
You're office number is now on our speed dial because we are tired of looking for it. Now we have water consistently dripping from the
ceiling. Paul "claims" it's condensation from a pipe connected to the A/C. A total of 3 maintenance men have seen the problem. The other 2 have been respectful, understanding, and have acknowledged that there is a major problem that if not resolved will cause extensive damage. I am allowing 30 days for all A/C issues to be resolved. If after that time we continue to have issues, we'll be contacting a professional service to repair the A/C problem and taking it out of the rent.

DO NOT send P*** back to our town home. His rolodex of off the wall excuses and quick fixes have completely tried mine and my husband's patience. I'm sure he's as tired of dealing with us as we are of dealing with him.

We have contacted our attorney and he has suggested that we give you official notice of our request and allow you to correct the problem before taking legal action.
