I was a visitor not long ago I saw notices in the ground reminding tenants rent is due at the entrance of the property...What kind of people do you need to remind it's time to pay your rent and notices actually change by telling you how many days you have left to pay. I found that to be quite tacky and embarrassing to those that are adults and know they have bills to pay!!!Other than that I found it to be a beautiful community!

Wow, you twit, this happens everywhere. If your rent is several days overdue, you will get a reminder. Deal with it.

I have lived at Ashmore Bridge Estates for a few years now, and I've NEVER lived in an appartment complex that changed the signs 3 times a month to remind tenants that rent is due. This does NOT happen everywhere and it did not happen here until about 2 years ago when Steven D. Bell and Company became the new owner. Several responsible tenants and they agree that the signs are tacky. If this is done everywhere, I sure would like to know where this place called EVERYWHERE is.
