well, i can say from coming down from pa. was worth it, i have not moved in yet, but i will say the grounds here are mint perfect in mauldin,we went inside the apatments should be called large houses, the place is huge, 3 baths l love the private back yards the storage, the staff is grat a talk to tammy in leasing she is so sweet kind, we stayed all day there, i have the end unit parking is great, so far it seems nice even the stores are in walking distance are clean, the area was quiet, no teens hanging around, not even a small paper on the ground!!! people wave as we even drove bye!!! the garbage dumpster had so little trash in side,inside the master was bigger then my house i owned in pa, came here to save on rent want to buy a house in mauldin next year!!!the living room huge walk in closets well the kitchen is nice it doesnt seen like apartment at all its ,like your own house, only one other person to my right, i will write again after living here a month good luck!!! i suppose
