First of all, you have to share the tiny pool and gym with another apartment complex across the street. They use pictures of an upgraded apartment on the website that looks nothing like mine or any of my my neighbors. They have a horrible maintenance staff who, yes come out and look at your problem, but never FIX anything. They have been out 5 times to fix my heat pump since replacing it last winter and for the 5th time this winter my family sits with no heat. They give no monitary compensation when their faulty equipment costs you extra money in your heating and water bills and last but not least if you try to break your lease to move to a better place they require 4 months rent which in my case equals $3600.00.
