Since Ashmore Bridge Estates has taken over Managment of Mauldin Farms, our little community has suffered. The new managment tried to make "improvements" to the townhomes. The "enhancments" began in January and there are still thing like front doors that are not completely painted with no indictation that they ever will be. I have made 8 calls for A/C being out since I moved there in September. So in the time that we have used the A/C we have had to have someone come on average every 2 weeks. Now we have water consistently dripping through the ceiling. Maintainance looked at it over a week ago and said it was "condensation." We've had to use pans to catch the water and the sheetrock now is so wet that it looks like the ceiling is going to fall in. We've had 3 maintanance people look at it and no indication that the mgmnt is going to fix it. The new management has a disrespectful maintenance man. (Found out he used accusatory profanity, without provocation, to one of our neighbors. Another neighbor had the same A/C issues we're having and finally called a professional and took it out of his rent.

My door has been half painted for two years now. And I've got a wet spot in my ceiling too.
