Or anything owned by this organization. Living @ Epson Oaks is worse than living in a housing project. The place is filthy, nasty, infested and horrible on your allergies. They refuse to clean up here. There are dogs who "poop" right in the front yard. The property "management" is ineffective , therefore the residents are hostile with each other. The "property manager" deals with the residents as if we are not human....she is rude! But the rent is always due on time... that is when she smiles. Everyone except the handicapped can park in the handicapped spaces, including the property manager. And the rules do not apply to all of the residents, just a few. I will never recommend ANYONE to live here who are decent, taxpaying citizens who are searching for a better life!

No one ever said our opinions & experiences have to be the same. However, I am well aware of my address.
