we have lived here for 1 1/2 years. we really love it. it's very convenient to shopping & restaurants. we walk to the harris teeter shopping center all the time & frequent the restaurants located there. the office staff is nice too -- although there have been 3 managers since we moved in...but they all have been pretty friendly & helpful.

the apartment size is great, with high ceilings & great garden tubs. kind of pricey, but we are definitely willing to pay more for good quality apartments & friendly, helpful staff members. the only complaint i have is how many tenants allow their dogs to roam free (off their leashes) all the time, even though the rules state they are to be leashed (& our dogs are ALWAYS on leashes). love the pet stations along the property, but hate that many residents still leave their dog's feces all over the place! the stations are there for a reason, people (and they don't even have to provide them in the first place, it's just a bonus for us). please pick up after your pet!!!!
