I moved to Alexan after living in North Charleston for 2.5 years, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Great office staff, fantastic location (convenient to the beach, downtown, withing walking distance of groceries, coffe shops, bars, etc), great maintenance policies. The only drawback I can claim is the price... but you get what you pay for.
