I agree with the other negative comments completely. The positive reviews are all older which reflect the previous management. Current management is lazy and rude. Our electricity continually kept cutting off in our unit (it shut off every hour or so). I called the office and they sent someone over to "fix it." The maintenance person simply flipped the switch outside and then left. However, the power kept cutting off, and he kept coming back to simply flip the switch and leave. Finally, I called the office and asked them what they were going to do to permanently fix the situation. The girl in the office suggested that I stand outside my apartment (it was early August--a bit warm outside) next to the switch and watch it for "a couple of days" to see if I could figure out what the problem was! When I told her that I didn't work for her, but by paying rent, I expected the maintenance team to fix this, she informed me that it wasn't her problem. Finally, I called SCE&G, stayed home and waited for them, and they discovered that the switch outside was faulty and was a fire hazard! At that point, SCE&G informed the front office that the switch had to be repaired immediately and the maintenance team finally resonded. Since then, I have a hole in the wall of my bathroom where a leak had to be replaced. The wall board has never been replaced. It's been like that for two months. I lived here under the old management and did not have any problems at all. Unfortunately, things have changed.

Ok, that about the fire hazard is scary. It's also scary that a staff member thinks (erroneously) the livability of the building is not her responsibility.

Thats the dumbmes thing i have ever heard in my life.You should have called SCE&G to fix the problem and billed management.
