When we first moved in, Belle Hall was still under the old management and they were extremely helpful and accomidating. Shortly after is when new management came and they were not as helpful. We notified them numerous times of a bug problem, they never came to spray. We had a tear in our patio screen, and had asked them countless times for months to replace it, they never did (could have been the reason for our bug problem). Before moving out, we were told they would come and do our walkthrough, they never showed up. We explained that there were a few carpet stains from us, but majority of them were there when we moved in. We were told is was not a big deal and just assumed that they were going to replace it after we moved out anyway.

Two months after we moved out, my wife recieved a phone call from the office asking for our forwarding address. We assumed it was so they could send us our security deposit because nothing else was said. Two months later, we recieved a surprise call from a collection agency saying we owe $500 to pay for the carpet they had replaced. We were NEVER notified about it. I placed a call to the office demanding to know why we weren't told about it, and was told management was on vacation for the remainder of the week and he would return our phone call. He never called.
