I lived at Belle Hall for a total of 6 months. In the six months that I was there, I had weekly maintenance problems. The apartments were only 2.5 years old at the time in which I lived there. It is the most expensive apartment to be had in the Mt. Pleasant area. Beware of Belle Hall Management - they will try to make sure that you are paying for damages due to there lack of maintenance at the end of your lease. They will also make sure that you do not get a proper move in inspection. They are run under the most HORRIBLE management EVER!!!!!!! We had to have the apartment sprayed for bugs weekly due to the lack of maintenance. They forgot to seal our toilet, forgot to service the A/C which caused a leak into a nearby apartment. They will try to due the least possible maintenance before move-in day to ensure you the worst quality apartment with a guarantee of not receiving your deposit back in the end. If management changed, I would recommend the apartments to anyone, but with the current management situation, you would be making a HUGE mistake signing a lease with this organization. To top it all off, my wife and I contacted them within 60 days of leaving the facility and they notified us that we owed $550 for carpet damages that we did not produce. We told them about the damages and the beginning of the lease and they never documented them. We had to finally have an attorney contact them to get a $200 security deposit. RIDICULOUS MANAGEMENT! what is wrong with you people that apt was nice for one i know who you are you were picky had cats every were and did not like to clean up well your wife did not like to clean and every ac leak some time it is not mant fult they clogg up and every thing was done to the apt before you moved in and you had new carpet so keep it real you got a house and did not want to pay for damge.

Can someone please sign Holio up for grammar lessons? I wouldn't move into these apartments soley due to the obvious lack of intelligence and education of the staff!
