i lived there for over three years, and when i broke my lease i had to give a 60 day notice and pay over 2 thousand to terminate the lease. after complaining numerous times about price gouging i paid the 2 thousand only to get an $80 bill for repairs weeks after i moved out. they will nickel and dime you to death. beware.

hey holio,negative response to this review,positive one of your own,AGAIN, HOW DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS PERSONS RENTAL HISTORY OR NUMEBER OF DOGS HE HAD IF YOU DON'T WORK FOR MANAGEMENT?????WHAT A SHAM..BEWARE RENTERS!!!!!

I think it is disgusting that anyone from the management company would respond to these emails. Any tenant has a right to complain about any bad experience. I am looking for an apt in this area and I was swayed by the reviews from the numerous tenants, not the obvious immaturity of someone in the leasing office. In stead of slamming legitimate compliants by past tenants, you should have taken that time to fix the apartments to prevent future complaints!
