I am moving to DC and looking at ratings up there, and so I thought I would add one here just to balance out the others.

Pros: I moved in January '07, and found that it was pretty painless. Staff helped me out when I needed it. Nothing special just got the job done. The pool and the grills outside were nice and operational when I needed them. I had 2 cars, but never had a problem with parking. When I moved out last month, I left some minor damage and should not have received my deposit back, but they sent me 100% of it back. Exercise room was available when I needed it, most I ever saw in there was 1 other person. I had a water leak and problem with the shower, both were fixed within hours, 1 was on weekend and the guy showed up, and the other they fixed while I was at work.

I also liked that it was easy walk to several restaurants and pubs.

Cons: My convertible was broken into while I was there and a couple other cars. My fault I leave it unlocked (Rather have them steal some CD's then slash roof). The Mount Pleasant cops got the guy quickly and told me when he went to court and jail.

Other con is I did not have a W/D so I would do my laundry at the laundry room while at the pool. There are only 3 machines so sometimes I could not use them on weekends. Kinda a pain.

If I move back into the area I would definately rent with them again.
