We moved in several months ago. The neighorhood itself is pretty much quiet, but you hear everything going on upstairs. It is an apartment after all. Maintence will come by if you bug them enough. They do not really fix anything. They just leave you notes saying they were there and will have to return again to complete the job. They do not return until you call and harass them! Tammy is pretty nice in the front office. When our lease is up we are defintly looking to leave. It is not too bad. It is just not worth the money.
