When we moved in we had a few minor complaints, the door of the refrigerator was missing a piece, the water heater was rusted, the AC unit was laboring, etc. Minor issues, right' It took FOUR MONTHS and a VERY nasty email to the apartments and the management company for them to get the piece of the fridge for us, they finally replaced the water heater about a month later and they NEVER have fixed the AC unit (it is constantly freezing up). We had a water leak in the master bath shower that was causing mold to grow in my asthmatic toddler's bedroom wall and floor that they refused to even LOOK at for over a month! They finally came and said they had repaired the leak but guess what! the mold is coming back!! and now there is construction going on in the lot next to the apartments, where there used to be woods and a nursery so of course all the small woodland creatures, including RATS come over our way. And apparently there was a HOLE in the back wall of our apartment, facing the fence and we now have a COLONY of RATS under our kitchen cabinet!!! What does the office say to do' Put down sticky traps, the kind that are designed for SMALL MICE and insects, not FULL GROWN RATS!!! and they refuse to call an exterminator, despite the NUMEROUS times we have told them that the sticky traps don't and won't work! This place is a hell hole, noisy and the quality of people has been steadily going down since we moved in. Whatever you do DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
